Okay, new software, downloaded and run it.

Only problem?  You can not download with this software or get into any site which will allow you to do so.  Every time I try to download it the window closes and nothing is done.

Does anyone know what’s going on?  The only time I can successfully download with this software is when the download window doesn’t even show up.  Once I close that window the problem goes away.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and even going into safe mode to see if I could reinstall the software from within safe mode.  Nothing works.  If you could help me with this, I would really appreciate it.  I have been trying to install it for days now with no luck.

We should discuss this in a different thread as this question doesn’t belong here.

This is a java/flash applet. There is no guarantee that all Java and Flash problems will be solved by installing a security update.

Says here too.  There is no guarantee of a solution.  This is the only solution I’m finding which may or may not work.

More details below to be posted tomorrow.  Have to go now.

What I’ve Done So Far Today:  Uninstalled and reinstalled the software, reinstalled the software from a trial period, uninstalled the trial software, disabled the java plugin from my browser, went into safe mode with my tool, uninstalled the software, turned off my firewall, turned it back on, rebooted my PC and reinstalled the software again.  The problem still occurs.

More to come, but here’s what I’ve tried so far today and got so far.

Here’s a screen shot from the software:

More to come tomorrow, but can’t give it any more time.  I’ll probably be in school for the next three days as I’m having a bi-weekly exam today and the day after.
