This step is important because you can use the History panel to see what’s happened to your image after you close it. The History panel is discussed in the next section.

create a slideshow and motion.

The program is capable of several functions including: the creation of GIF images, the addition of stickers, the inclusion of texts, fonts, filters and effects.

Tutorial 1. Import Images

In this tutorial, you will learn how to upload your images in order to edit them and save them on your computer.

Start by creating a new file.

From the menu bar, choose Image > Open and select the image you want to open.

If you want to make sure your image is well composed, you can then open the Size Picker Tool and choose the Width, the Height and the Ratio.

Lastly, let’s save your image.

After you have taken these steps, your image is ready to be edited.

Countdown To Spring

The cold has been relentless in the dead of winter…and the snow has been piling up the past two weeks! This week the weather is supposed to warm up and I can’t wait! After a year of grey, cloudy, dreary winter days, I’m ready to see some sun! I’m sure that I’m not the only one who thinks this way!

Speaking of sun, I have two great announcements to make…

1. Spring is Coming! On March 6th, I will be hosting an “Art Gallery at the Escape” event at my home. This will be my first full-fledged “Art Show” and I am so excited! By participating in this event, you can get your artsy on and join in the fun! When you purchase any of the prints that are showcased, you will be paying the purchase price AND you will receive a free canvas print of your choice! Registration is easy and you do NOT need to be a member of the Escape Boutique to participate. Just drop in, grab some refreshments and have a great time! Please sign-up here.

2. “The Living Room Gallery” is Up and Running! This area has been a long time coming, I’m so happy it’s finally up and running! It’s only been up for about two weeks but I can already feel the draw of the sunny patio and the fresh smells of spring coming from it! Come and visit! I have so many prints and ideas for new products that I’m excited to share with you. I’ve been on a roll lately, creating new items so check back often to see what’s new!

P.S. I’ve recently written an article entitled “35 Questions To Ask Before Buying A House” for my clients, the Husband and I. Check it out here.

What’s New in the?

Heterogeneous domains in beta-sheet-containing proteins: the case of trpzip2.
The beta-sheet-rich protein trpzip2 has been examined by NMR spectroscopy and by circular dichroism. There are four folding zones in trpzip2 that have different stability, kinetics and deuterium nuclear substitution patterns. Three of these zones are not associated with any co-solvent-induced helices and differ in their secondary structure content and tertiary structure. One of the three is mainly beta-sheet and is associated with a water induced helix; the two other zones with different co-solvent induced helices are also mainly beta-sheet and are formed upon increasing the solvent’s polarity by the addition of glycerol or other co-solvent. They are in thermodynamic competition with each other, with the regions surrounding the Zn2+ binding sites within a turn-loop region, within a beta-strand, and within a beta-beta-strand unit, being the most stable. Accordingly, the deuterium uptake of these zones is not affected by the addition of co-solvent, as a result of the increased thermodynamic stability of the co-solvent-induced helices. Deuterium exchange occurs within the helical regions, but is hardly detectable for the beta-sheet regions.
