The two features that stand out to me in this application are the Gradient and Bevel and Emboss features. The Bevel and Emboss tool adds depth to any image that has been edited or created from scratch. This is a tool that I tend to use very often. Gradients create that nice backdrop to a character or subject. It can also be used to create a swirl to another object to break up the shape and add interest to a subject. One of my most-used features is the Brightness/Contrast tool. I love its ability to tweak any photo and make it look like it was taken with a flash. This tool is great for taking dull photographs and bringing them to life with a little magic.
How to use it: I am constantly trying out features of Adobe Photoshop to see how it stacks up against the competition so I prefer to use the trial option. Be sure to download the free trial of this software and go through all of the features and see how you feel about them. This allows you to compare it against the other types of programs that you use.
