the user may be able to take the print preview of the chart. in this scenario, the chart will appear in the preview form, ready to be printed. the user can then print the report by selecting the print button, in the tool bar or by pressing the print icon in the toolbar. printing reports is fast, which is an advantage as well as the fact that you don’t need to wait until the report has filled up the paper.
