I found the “stamp effect” in Photoshop, and the new rare and artificially aged filter (similar to the way Photoshop works) are both nice additions. Learning how to use this new feature was fairly easy. I like that Elements is organized well in the layers but that is my preference more than anything. I think the people who don’t care for the layers might even think that it is a nuisance.
